School of Hotel Management & Catering Technology has organized workshop on Modern French Pastry by Academy of Pastry Arts, Gurgaon on 8th Aug 2019. The session was attended by the students of BHMCT, BHMCT + MBA & B.Sc. H & HA.
The session was focused on Fundamentals and basic of Bakery & Confectionary .The students have shown great interest during workshop. More than 60 students and faculty members have attended the session.
