The School of Languages, Literature and Society organized a transformative excursion to the The Jaipur Literature Festival 2024 on 2nd Feb for students of BA hons English and MA English. The Event proved to be an Invaluable experience for the Literature enthusiast offering a platform to engage with prominent Literary figures and Immerse themselves in the World of Words. The students actively participated in numerous enlightening sessions witnessing live discussions and gaining profound insights from esteemed authors. The festival hosted a stellar line up,including luminary like Gulzar Sa’ab, Urvashi Butalia,William Dalrymple,Harish Trivedi among.The event not only broadened their literary horizons but also fostered a sense of connections and inspiration that will undoubtedly influence their academic pursuits and passion for literature. 20 students participated in this activity from the department and this event was coordinated by Ms. Gitika Khatri, Dr. Vinod Kumar and Ms. Anmol Bhat.
