School of Education, Jaipur National University organized Partition Horrors Remembrance Day on 20th August 2022. A number of eyewitnesses belonging to different institutions graced the occasion and dilated on the grim saga of bloodbath and the lurid narrative of the aftermath of the Partition to the audience with Prof. D. S. Bhatia added a personal touch to this horrific dismemberment. The large scale displacement emanating from the arbitrariness of the tragedy befalling the hapless individual from both sides of the border and the consequences of inhuman brutality are some of the aspects which the speakers ingrained in the psyche of the audience with aplomb. To mark the event more memorable students participated in a poster competition with the kaleidoscopic pictures reminiscing the brutal history of the Partition.
