A Guest Speaker session was organized on the topic “Certification & Auditing in Food Companies” by the Department. 85 students of B.Tech. Food Technology attended the session. It was an interactive session which proved a boon to students in way to clearing queries and doubts about certification and auditing in food industries. The speaker was Ms. Shipra Pareek, who is Sr. Food Safety Auditor at NSF Safety and Certifications India Pvt. Ltd. Mumbai, and having more than 13 years of job experience in food safety, quality and auditing.
