A Guest Speaker session was organized on the topic ‘Carrier and Future Prospects of Food Technology’. It was an interactive session which proved a boon to students in way to clearing queries and doubts about building good carrier in food technology as well as they came to know about future prospects of food processing. The speaker was Dr. Jatindra Kumar Sahu, who is associated as Assistant Professor in Centre for Rural Development and Technology, of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi which works to provide benefits of scientific and technological advancements to the rural sector by giving technical back-up for the sustainable rural development. Seminar was very fruitful and enriched our students with the sound knowledge of various carrier opportunities in the field.
