A Guest lecture was organized on the topic “Quality Systems of Fast food manufacturing companies” for students of B.Tech. Food Technology (III semester). They came to know Role & Responsibilities of Food Technologist in Jubilant Food Works. The speaker was Mr. Aditya, who is Alumni of the Department of Food Technology and currently working in Jubiliant Food Works, Greater Noida as Quality Executive. Speaker spoke about his endeavors and life experiences and appraised students about the various opportunities of food technologist in fast food making industries.
