A Guest lecture was organized on the topic “Carrier Prospects of Food Technologist in Food Industries” for students of B.Tech. Food Technology. In this session students knew about various career opportunities of a food technologist as well as they came to know Role & Responsibilities of Food Technologist in the food company. The guest speaker was Mr. Ankit Singh, who is alumni of the department and currently working as Quality assurance officer in Britannia Industries Ltd. with more than 7 years of experience. Speaker enriched our students with the sound knowledge of their carrier prospects in the field of food technology. The Students were bestowed with the various opportunities of food technologist in food industries.
