Guest Lecture on “Importance of Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior in the field of Food Technology”

Students of B.Tech. Food Technology (I, III & V and VII semester) attended the Guest lecture organized on the topic “Importance of Sensory Analysis and Consumer Behavior in the field of Food Technology”. In this session, students gained knowledge about sensory sciences and consumer behavior opportunities in the field of research and industrial application. The speaker was Mr. Rajesh Kumar, who is Alumni (Batch 2005- 2009) of the Department of Food Technology and currently working as Research Scholar in Kansas State University, Manhattan, USA and also working with Nestle, USA.
