Seminar on Cyber Security was organized for the B. Tech. Computer Science students. There were three sections discussed in the seminar - Privacy, Ethical Hacking & Safeguarding against threats. The esteemed speaker gave some real life examples of security threat from his experience with Cyber Cell, Rajasthan police. First students were given an idea of what kind of security malpractices generally implemented and how easy it is to compromise those online accounts. After that students were given a brief session on malwares, root kits, dark web & keyloggers.
