A two days National workshop on Food Safety Management System, Food Safety Standard Act compliance & Auditing Principles was organized by Department of Food Technology in association with OneCert International Private limited. OneCert International is a worldwide recognized inspection and certification agency established under the aegis of OneCert Inc., USA. They conducted the training programme to train & aware participants of Jaipur National University about Food Safety, Hazard Principles, Food Safety Standards Act and Auditing Principles. This training program of food safety helped students to learn about the new integrated law - FSSA, about its importance & requirement for its implementation. This training helped to clearly understand a food business organization’s activities and processes and appropriately interpret the requirements of food safety across the national borders & throughout the supply chain.
