The Seedling School of Law and Governance is a leader and innovator in legal education, and a vibrant place of learning that values people, expertise, excellence and intellectual exchange. Established and founded by one of the Legal Luminaries of India, (Late) Prof V.S. Mani, the School runs the programmes on the pattern of National Law Schools of the country and offers B.A;LL.B (Hons)/BBA;LL.B(Hons) five year integrated, LL.B three year , LL.M one year ( with specializations in Criminal and Business laws) and PGDLL  programmes .The School imparts knowledge in International Criminal and Humanitarian laws as well. Students at the School grapple with conceptually challenging issues, reason with logic and clarity, analyze and research complex legal issues and master oral and written communication for transferring complex ideas.

The School organizes, annually, an International Moot Court Competition wherein problems relating to International Humanitarian law, International Banking and Investment Law, Law of Sea , Law of War and Peace  and current issues are taken up.

Every semester, participation by students in subject moots is mandatory for internal assessment. Besides, the students are prepared to participate in moots, debates and quiz competitions at National and International levels. Alumni Meet

 

The Seedling School of Law and Governance organized its Alumni Meet on the 10th February, 2020 wherein more than 70 alumni participated. The Meet was a success with active involvement of the alumni in cultural and academic activities at the venue. Alumni gave their feedback and suggestions to strengthen the synergy between the  School and the alumni in order to  facilitate and support the studying  and  pass out students in areas of training, placement and career counseling. Some of the alumni shared the everlasting memories of their stay in the university and expressed gratitude to the School for perking up and paving ways towards a better life. A documentary named “life at SSLG” was also screened for the alumni.
