Jaipur National University's School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology recently organized a comprehensive Webinar on “Career Counseling & Guidance in Competitive Examination” from July 19 to July 20, 2024 for 53 participants.

Day 1, 19-07-2024, Friday: The motivational speaker, Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Senior ASM at Tata Consumer Products, took the virtual stage with his webinar on "Career Counseling & Guidance in Competitive Examination." Mr. Sharma engaged the participants with a comprehensive discussion on effective strategies, study techniques, and mindset approaches crucial for success in competitive exams. His session included practical tips based on his extensive experience, providing valuable insights that resonated with the aspirations and challenges faced by the candidates.

After the webinar, a brief but dynamic general discussion session ensued. Participants actively shared their thoughts, queries, and personal experiences related to career planning and examination preparation. This interactive exchange facilitated a deeper understanding of the participants' needs and concerns, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Day 2, 20-07-2024, Saturday: Mr. Sumit Upreti, Founder of Cosmic Abundance Hub, then conducted the second webinar on "Career Counseling & Guidance in Competitive Examination". Building upon the previous day's discussions, Mr. Upreti brought a fresh perspective and additional insights into effective study techniques, time management strategies, and personal development approaches relevant to competitive exams. His presentation was well-received, providing further clarity and motivation to the participants as they navigated their career paths. Following the webinar, a lively general discussion session ensued, allowing participants to engage actively with Mr. Upreti. They shared their reflections, asked probing questions, and sought personalized advice on specific challenges they faced in their academic and career pursuits. This interactive dialogue enhanced the participants' understanding of the strategies discussed and empowered them to make informed decisions about their future endeavors.

The survey results revealed overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants regarding the session. Specifically, 85% expressed satisfaction, highlighting a strong endorsement of the session's content and delivery. Additionally, 65% indicated a clear understanding of the material presented, underscoring effective communication and clarity. A significant 85% found the session directly relevant to their current work, emphasizing its practical applicability. Moreover, 81% praised the explanations as informative, engaging, and attractive. Importantly, 90% of respondents suggested enhancing future sessions by extending their length.
