B.Tech. Food Technology + MBA

B.Tech. plus MBA integrated course is a postgraduate level qualification targeted for students who can complete their B.Tech. Curriculum and enhance their professional skills by completing MBA studies as well. B.Tech. Food Technology programme provides a sound knowledge of Food Processes equipment such as Texture Analyzer, Water Activity Meter and Colorimeter to analyze various parameters of food systems. The fundamentals of Food Processes and Unit Operations are applicable to scientific and engineering domains. It helps in developing an ability to analyze complex engineering problems and generate solutions through designing the complex Process operations. Finally, students would be exposed to healthy management practices along with theoretical constructs.
