AN OVERVIEW

To become a professional Bartender and to enhance employability skills, JNU offers a Certificate Course in Art of Mixology. The skills and knowledge acquired at the workshop will enable you to create classic cocktails/ mocktails using the delightful ingredients in right proportions to create a unique beverage of its own.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

This short-term course aims to help participants experience the actual practice and know the basic bartending working procedure. They will be equipped with bar skills required to create, mix and serve the different types of flavored beverages.

Lecture Scheduling: Twice a week | No. of lectures: 24

Duration: 6 Weeks (45 days)

Eligibility:

Minimum 10th pass and above 18 years of age.
