Mathematics is one of the most ancient sciences of the world and has wide applications in various fields of study and research. A degree of Mathematics provides a range of skills which enable one to enter into a wide range of careers, in the areas of research, design and development, actuarial sciences, mathematical modeling, management services, computing, finances and academics. Training in mathematics is also necessary for research in many areas of Computer Sciences, Social Sciences and Biology. The school of Mathematics is doing continuous efforts to progress and expand. It offers masters in Mathematics for interested and motivated students who are desirous to pursue higher studies in the field of Mathematics.

Minimum 50 % aggregate in Graduation in any stream of Basic Sciences with Mathematics as one of the compulsory subject
