The program is designed to familiarize student to all aspects of Bakery  and impart essential skills on popular product varieties. The course is divided in to two semesters of 90 working days in each semesters. Classes are conducted at the University involving theory input and practical laboratory teaching. Students are tested through internal assessment tests and term end examinations. It is suitable for young persons with dynamisms for own business and seeking modernization in the Bakery Trade.
