On September 2, 2024, the School of Hotel Management and catering Technology conducted an engaging and informative workshop on cocktails and mocktails, in association with Monin.

Mr. Anmol, a seasoned Business development Manager, and Mr. Purshottam mixology expert conducted the workshop and provided a thorough understanding of both classic and contemporary beverage preparation techniques. They covered the basics of classic cocktails, and made cocktails like Bloody Mary, Cosmopolitan, Mojito, Martini, Long Island Iced Tea, Margarita, etc. They also ignited the minds of the students by innovative variations, enhancing participants' appreciation for the evolving field of mixology. One of the highlights of the workshop was the demonstration of flaring—a skillful and dramatic technique involving the juggling and theatrics of cocktail bottles. This aspect of the workshop allowed students to experience firsthand the excitement of mixology, as they learned to perform and practice these impressive tricks themselves.

High levels of energy and interest was observed from the students, which contributed to the workshop's vibrant and effective learning environment.
