The School of Hotel Management and Catering Technology organized ALUMNI MEET 2024 on 20th January 2024 at
SHMCT block to reconnecting with alumni, celebrating their achievements, and strengthening alumni relations.
Alumni meet started with engaging interaction session and during the session; alumni discussed several important topics, including current trends in the Hotel industry, their personal experiences in the department development, and strategies for starting new business. They also had chance to reconnect with one another, sharing insights and fostering professional networks. The resource person for the event was Hon’ble Pro Chancellor sir Prof. H.N. Verma,
Hon’ble vice Chancellor sir Prof. R.l. Raina who provided valuable perspectives on industry
trends and career advancement.
With the efforts of the organizing team, alumni members, and management support the Alumni meet was a grand success. The session was highly interactive. Almost all the alumni members expressed that such meets should be held regularly to keep the connections lively for professional growth.
