On Sept 21, 2024 students of B.Tech. Food Technology visited the RUFIL Dairy. They explored the manufacturing area with the technical team. Technical team demonstrated about the receiving of milk, sampling and inspection of milk in the laboratory, pasteurization and homogenization process of milk and manufacturing process of curd, lassi, market milk, ghee, ice cream and other milk products. Technical team also explained about unique feature (BMC model) of RUFIL milk collection at village level.
