On September 7, 2024, the School of Allied Health Sciences organized a seminar on "Interventional and Digital Cardiology and Basic Life Support (CPR)" to educate students and faculty on the latest advances in interventional cardiology, the role of digital tools in the cardiovascular system and basic life support (BLS) techniques. The seminar was led by prominent speaker from CK Birla Hospital, Dr. Shubham Sharma in which 153 students and faculty members actively participated.
Dr. Sharma presented the latest techniques in interventional cardiology and highlighted the integration of digital technologies in patient care. He focused on digital cardiology and artificial intelligence and tools that improve monitoring and personalized treatment. The seminar was concluded with a practical CPR demonstration by the BLS training team, which provided participants with life-saving skills. The seminar was highly interactive and created an enriching learning environment for all participants.
